| TCU Tickets Policies |
Pick up process
- Customer must have the credit card used to purchase the tickets with them in order to pick up their tickets.
- Customer must present a valid piece of photo ID in order to pick up their tickets that have been ordered.
- Customer may send a FAMILY member to pick up tickets as long as they have the credit card that was used and we have pre approval from the purchaser that the specific individual is authorized to pick up the tickets. This person would then have to show their ID as well as the credit card used for purchase.
- Under no circumstance will tickets be released to an individual without the presence of the credit card used for purchase.
- Customers ordering tickets online or over the phone will have to wait a min. of 1 business day before picking up tickets unless it is a show day.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Tickets will ONLY be refunded due to road closure (out of town guests), cancellation of a show, or medical emergency.
- Tickets will NOT be refunded for any other reason other than those stated above, an exchange may be offered but only if the same show is doing multiple performances.
- Ticket exchanges will be offered only for shows that are on multiple days or doing multiple performances. They will not be offered if someone wants to change seats for the same show.
- Under no circumstance will exchanges be offered from one show to another different show. In order to do this we would have to do a refund. (see first line under this heading)
- If exchanging tickets from one show date to another, there will be a $5 per ticket charge for the exchange.
Box Office Policies
- 2 and under are free but cannot occupy a seat. The exception to this is a children’s show where all children are required to occupy and pay for a seat. The only ones that would not require a ticket would be any child under the age of 1.
- A child is considered 12 and under
- Students are considered as ages 13 and older, including all post secondary students (must have valid student ID)
- Seniors are considered 65 and older
- If a ticket is lost, stolen or damaged we will be able to re-print a ticket at a cost of $5 per ticket and only with the proper identification. Once a ticket is re-printed it will void the previous ticket.

| Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any game or event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the game or event, and hereby agrees to assume same. Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price appearing hereon and/or to expel from the premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund or the ticket price. Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured. Admission is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and facility or stadium rules (”The Rules”). Failure to comply with the Rules may result in non-admission or expulsion. In conformance with the Rules, alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devises clothing not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, may be excluded from the premises. Holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance. Price shown is inclusive of all taxes and facility charges where applicable. Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, Without the express written consent of the producers, no ticket sold shall be resold, given away or disposed of by the purchaser in connection with any promotion by the purchaser of any products or services whatsoever or for any other commercial purpose. |
| Note: TCU Place Box Office hours vary when events are on and TCU Place Box Office is now a pick-up only outlet for Ticketmaster. |
| Random Ticket Draws |
| Certain events require a random ticket draw. When this is in effect - numbered tickets will be issued and the ticket that is drawn will determine the first person in line and the order of ticket purchasers after that. |
