The Loading Dock is designed for Semi-Tractors And Trailers to load in Production for Concerts and events that take place at TCU Place.
-This loading dock has a dock plate and must be placed the long end of the plate to the trailer that is being loaded or unloaded.
-The overhead door is raised and lowered by a chain. When the door is lowered the chain must be put in the sleeve that secures the chain in place to lock out the overhead door.
-The distance from the outside ground level to the loading dock level also know as stage level is three feet seven and a half inches (3' 71/2") or normal truck height of forty four inches (44") high.
-This dock can load and unload any and all types of tractor-trailers.
-The garage door is ten feet wide (10') and eighteen feet (18') high.
-The loading dock at stage level from garage door to garage door is eleven feet (11') wide by thirty-one feet (31') long, which is three hundred and forty one (341 sq. ft.) square feet.
