All ticket purchases are final sales - no refunds or exchanges.

Ticket Policy - Children
When attending a theatre event, children 2 and under are allowed to sit on their parent's lap without a ticket (children's show are exempt -- other shows may also be exempt, please check with the Box Office.)

Cancelled Events
TCU Staff will make every effort to contact customers regarding cancelled events through the media and by telephone. This does not, however, guarantee they will be able to contact you. It is up to the promoter to alert the media of a cancelled show.

Cameras and Recording Equipment
All cameras and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.

Cell Phones
All cell phones must be turned off prior to entering the theatre.
