Accessibility
TCU Place and the Sid Buckwold Theatre are fully wheelchair accessible with ramps located at the main entrance as well as the east side of the theatre. Wheelchair seating is ticketed and priced in accordance with each seperate performance. Please request wheelchair seating when purchasing tickets.
- Wheelchair patrons and one guest have the opportunity to purchase seating at regular rates for and event and occupy seats together at various locations on the main floor of the theatre.
- Wheelchair spaces are limited and are sold on a first-come-first-served basis.
- Additional guests are not guaranteed seating near the wheelchair patron, however we will make every effort possible to accommodate groups based on availability.
- Handicap parking is located at the front of the building and a disabled loading zone is located on the West side of the building on Auditorium Avenue.
- TCU Place does not provide wheelchairs for its patrons.
Assisted Listening Devices
Stethoscopic receivers are available for use at no cost, however they are only intended to be used for keynote speakers or lecturers and are not effective for a concert or theatrical performance. Please request these devices from guest services at the bar on the night of the event.
Guide Dogs
Individuals with guide dogs are welcome at TCU Place.
Artist Amenities
Green Room - This large room located across the hall from stage right, is ideal for a production meeting, an artist meet-&-greet area, a media interview and a performer lounge. It has direct and indirect lighting as well as soft seating. It is equipped with a bar including a sink and fridge.

Advertising / Marketing
We want your event to be a success! We can help you with advertising your event in the following ways:
- Website - our site is seen by hundreds of clients each and every day. It is the first place to look for upcoming events in our building.
- Subscriber List - we have over 2500 subscribers that receive an e-mail message with upcoming events. This message goes out whenever a new event is announced or every two weeks.
- Showtime - this is the main events page that is published in the Saskatoon Star Phoenix on the last Saturday of the month.
- News Talk Radio - we advertise our upcoming events every week on CKOM News Talk Radio.
- Flyers & Posters - we will provide space in our lobby for your flyers and posters.
Your event name will automatically be included in these advertising items.

*These lockers can be locked up by signing out a lock and key from the stage door attendant. Keys are available from stage door to lock the dressing room doors. The dressing rooms are currently keyed for the same lock, if you require individual locks for each dressing room, please contact stage door to have them cored seperately for total security of all personal belongings.

Loading Dock
Large Trucks & Trailers
The Loading Dock is designed for Semi-Tractors And Trailers to load in Production for Concerts that take place at TCU Place.
- The loading dock has a dock plate and must be placed the long end of the plate to the trailer that is being loaded or unloaded.
- The overhead door is raised and lowered by a chain and when the door is lowered the chain must be put in the sleeve that secures the chain in place to lock out the overhead door.
- The distance from the outside ground level to the loading dock level also know as stage level is three feet seven and a half inches (3' 7 1/2") or normal truck height forty four inches high (44").
- This dock can load and unload all and any types of tractor-trailers.
- The garage door is ten feet wide (10') and eighteen feet high (18').
- The loading dock at stage level from garage door to garage door is eleven feet wide (11') by thirty-one feet long (31'), which is
three hundred and forty one square feet (341 sq. ft.).

Shipping & Receiving
Materials being shipped to TCU Place for an event must arrive no sooner than five (5) business days prior to the event. Packages arriving at TCU Place will be kept in a secured area until event date. Items being shipped to TCU Place for an event must include the following information: (please print)

Materials being shipped from TCU Place will be done at the shippers expense. TCU Place will not be responsible for lost items. We recommend including detailed information as to the shipping destination. Please keep the shipping receipt until the package has safely arrived at the requested destination.
Items left after an event are done so at the owners risk. We will make every effort to return items left after an event to their rightful owners. Please be sure to arrange for pick up the night of the event or make arrangements with stage door to be held until the next day.
