|
| Box Office Policies |
All ticketing for TCU Place events must be done through our box office.
All ticketing considerations outlined below must be followed.
If there is not enough revenue in the box office to cover estimated theatre event costs, then the promoter may be asked to provide the difference 72 hours in advance of the actual performance.
- Ticket Policy - Children
When attending a theatre event, children 2 and under are allowed to sit on their parent's lap without a ticket (children's show are exempt --other shows may also be exempt, please check with the Box Office.)
- Random Draws
An hour before a show goes on sale, strip tickets are given out to each person in line. Fifteen (15) minutes before the show, a draw will be made and the number chosen will be the first person in line. The next numerical number after the number chosen will be next, ie. 201 is chosen, then the next person in line is 202, etc.
- Cancelled Events
TCU Staff will make every effort to contact customers regarding cancelled events through the media and by telephone. This does not, however, guagrantee they will be able to contact you. It is up to the promoter to alert the media of a cancelled show.
- Cameras and Recording Equipment
All cameras and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.
- Cell Phones
