Front House Staff $1,775.00 per show on average (based on a sold out show)
Includes duty manager, stage door & front of house personnel.

  $2,000.00/per performance. Non-refundable deposit required at time lease is signed. 
   
  U.S. Acts
  We are required to withhold 15% for tax purposes unless appropriate documentation is supplied to not do so.
   
  Advertising
  TCU Place can offer assistance in marketing and media buys.
We can handle it in pieces or in its entirety. There is a percentage fee charge for these services.
   
Box Office Ticketing: Ticketmaster
   
Box Office Policies All ticketing for TCU Place events must be done through our box office.
All ticketing considerations outlined below must be followed.
If there is not enough revenue in the box office to cover estimated theatre event costs, then the promoter may be asked to provide the difference 72 hours in advance of the actual performance.

  • Ticket Policy - Children
    When attending a theatre event, children 2 and under are allowed to sit on their parent's lap without a ticket (children's show are exempt --other shows may also be exempt, please check with the Box Office.)

  • Random Draws
    An hour before a show goes on sale, strip tickets are given out to each person in line. Fifteen (15) minutes before the show, a draw will be made and the number chosen will be the first person in line. The next numerical number after the number chosen will be next, ie. 201 is chosen, then the next person in line is 202, etc.

  • Cancelled Events
    TCU Staff will make every effort to contact customers regarding cancelled events through the media and by telephone. This does not, however, guagrantee they will be able to contact you. It is up to the promoter to alert the media of a cancelled show.

  • Cameras and Recording Equipment
    All cameras and recording equipment are strictly forbidden.

  • Cell Phones
    All cell phones must be turned off prior to entering the theatre.

4 outlets located in Saskatoon, North Battleford, Regina, Yorkton
and Moose Jaw.
   
Internet Tickets Tickets can also be purchased over the Internet at www.ticketmaster.ca
   
Box Office Pricing
   
Set-up Fee $150.00 first show. Additional shows are $100.00 for each show.
GST All ticket prices when considered should include GST in the ticket price.
(On the ticket face will be listed the amount of the GST in the ticket).
Commission 5% of gross sales before taxes
(this rate covers all credit card charges, printing of paid and comp ticket charges)
Facility Fee $1.75 charge added to the ticket price on tickets set at $15.00 or greater.
$1.00 charge added to the ticket price on tickets set lower than $15.00.
The facility fee is a house restoration fee paid by the patron for the future capital expenditures to the theatre. The charge is clearly identified as "Facility Fee" on the bottom of the ticket.
